       Fountain International Trading PLC (FIT) was established in 2009 by three visionary Ethiopians, well educated, experienced, dynamic, energetic persons who have proved to duly demonstrate their service oriented capabilities.
     The organization was set with the prime objective of promoting Talent Management Solutions in connection with its core business dimensions,  i.e Employment Agency Services in Ethiopia. In the course of its activities, FIT aims at recruiting, developing, retaining, engaging and promoting the best employees for its esteemed customers; hence help in building a better work force. Therefore plays its role as a socially responsible business by creating employment opportunities for
those who are in Cleaning, Messenger, Security Guards and similar line of work force which indeed represents a considerable segment of the society.
